Sprout & Flower is your quirky, friendly & local shop located in Mere, Wiltshire just off the A303 & is well loved by locals as well as visitors from far & wide. Not only do we sell fabulous flowers & great tasting fruit & veg, we offer a tempting selection of local produce with outstanding coffee & locally made cakes to be enjoyed in our shop or to take away. Our delicious selection of locally baked bread, artisan pork pies, quiches & ham, Mere Trout products & scrummy cheeses are just some of the fantastic local produce we have on offer to tantalise your taste buds
Our Flowers
Floristry has always been at the heart of Sprout & Flower & our inhouse florist maestros compose fabulous bouquets all year round to show off our little shop in full bloom. Our talented floristry team is headed up by Emily & what Emily doesn't know about flowers isn't worth knowing!
Our Products & Ethos
We pride ourselves on the taste & freshness of our fruit & veg; local when in season, British nearly always & the finest imported products. We also offer a household refill station, store cupboard essentials & a range of condiments to add that little bit of magic to your kitchen
In 2023 we became waste free. All packaging we use is reused, recycled or up cycled – we ensure that absolutely nothing goes into landfill

Our little shop is always bursting with our ever evolving range of gifts. From locally made candles & pottery to cards (all of which are sourced from artists that are local to us in Mere), sweet treats & plant pots

Making the most of James's previous 25 years in the wine trade sees us boast a wonderful array of hand chosen wines, beers & spirits

Our Story
Sprout & Flower was founded in 2011 by Sarah, who for 13 years nurtured & grew Sprout & Flower into its very own wonderful oasis. Sarah has now passed on the baton to new owner James who, along with the smiling faces of our brilliant team, continues to keep our wonderful locals & visitors fed & watered
Our fabulous team are on hand to offer advice on any of our products, make you a coffee, serve you a glass of wine or just have a friendly chit chat whilst you peruse our little shop!
